I primarily work with retail companies, SMEs and franchisees, particularly in the following areas:

  • Commercial leases: negotiation, renewal and transfer

  • Structuring partnerships: shareholder agreements, corporate structures

  • Distribution and competition: franchising, commercial agents, distribution contracts, including the block exemption regulation applicable to vertical agreements (vertical regulation / VBER)

  • Environment and product compliance: European Green Deal and new obligations applicable to distribution players, in particular the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

  • Employment law: supporting companies in conflict management and restructuring
